I have a 500 GB Xbox One S, so I definitely needed more storage. I saw this unit on sale and got it. It works great, I download all my digital games onto the external hard drive, being powered by the USB 3.0 connections. No external power adapters, thank goodness!

I was looking for something to down load my thousands of photos off my laptop. I can't believe how much it stores. I will get me a 2nd one for sure as I don't like storing things in clouds.

I got the hard drive when it was on sale and it was a steal. Having a 4TB hard drive that's portable is great for people with a lot of media files and want to transport them easily. I use mine as an external hard drive for my Xbox One, and it works great.

Took it right out of the box, hooked it up to a USB 3.0 and that was it. it came onto the screen, and I answered all the questions, and that was it. it was all ready to go. I plan on buying another one for my grandson, Mac laptop. to give him more hard drive space.

I bought this for my Xbox X and it is working great. I have 2 Xbox’s and didn’t want to keep pulling drive to drive. So I copied everything and now I have 2z but of course this one is larger so I love it. And there’s no lag in data thanks to 3.0

Had my last computer die on me. Was totally unexpected so I lost a good bit of files on the hard drive. I have for some time been keeping most of my data on an 8 TB external hard drive. Still, I had a good bit on the internal drive. I now keep everything on the external. I am told that even the best drives don't last forever, so just to be on the safe side I got this new 4 gig, to back up my files. I am told that putting the data on the 4 gig then unplugging and storing will make it last a long time. He's hoping that is true.
