I use it to back up all my digital pictures as well as my documents folder on the computer. It's simple to set up and very user friendly.

steady and very handy

I've used it on laptops, and desktops without issues and it holds a ton of stuff. I'm using mine for offline backups and images just in case my NAS goes south or gets compromised.
