i've been looking for a large capacity usb powered hd for a little while. this one fit the bill. i was able to backup everything and still have space for new stuff. the best part is portability and usb powered. no need for a second plug.

Nice and fast hard drive. I recommend this hard drive if you’re looking storage space.Using it mainly for MP3 files.

I recently had an update on my PS4 to use an external hard drive for game storage. I did a lot of research and everyone spoke highly of this product. I was not disappointed at all. Works excellent, easy setup and all the GB I'll need.

So a year ago I get a fancy Best Buy computer with a huge One Terabyte Hard Drive. Bought this great FOUR Terabyte USB 3 (or 2) drive for a hundred dollars, plug in, use, unplug, effortless. I had friends telling me about these great ways to increase capacity, this gem quadrupled my HD space and I keep my computer instead of getting a new one! This is a no brainer, get one. They even price match. I get up to 100 Mbps transfers when I offload data from my PC! low power usage, silent, great little blinking light for data transfers. A must have if you have to sync your phone, offload photos you aren't going to use (Plug it back in for instant access), and if you are sane and backup important files, I trust a Western Digital drive in my home than some nebulous alleged back up copy in "the cloud"! :)

Using it for a extended hard drive for my ps4 and it works great.

Replaced 3TB Drive with this 4TB Drive. Able to back up properly.

I have purchased a few of these WD drives in the 2TB, 3TB, and 4TB variety. The ones I have purchased have been stable and perform within the specifications. Great for storing all the pictures that I take and backing up my computers.

The 4TB easystore was on sale at a very attractive price. So far it is performing as well if not better than my other, much larger WD external drives, but the small footprint is way more convenient. It's a winner.

This is one of the best portable USB 3.0 drives I have ever used! Tons of storage space and quick upload/download speeds. Fits in shirt or pants pocket and powered by the USB port! Will be buying another for my wife!
