It works with almost any computer, TV or Game console, however there are better external hard drives that with stand more time turned on without heating up.

Excellent for someone who wants to store things on the go has a lighting fast transfer rate! boots up in seconds!

I bought this while it was sale, and I’m happy with its value. The usb thumb drive was a nice perk, too! It came with some software, which I didn’t even use before formatting the drive, so I can’t speak to the quality of the auto backup features.

Great ext HD. Contrary to the Best Buy expert’s opinion, I was able to plugged it into my Xbox one S and easily formatted it. It’s USB 3.0 is plenty fast for gaming. The 32G flash drive is not so great. It requires the installation of specific software for data security, but then when I load movies on it from my iMac to watch on my Xbox, the Xbox can’t read the files. Nothing appears. Even after reformatting the flash drive and not installing the security software I still had problems. Very disappointed. I have other cheap 16G flash drives that perform this function easily. It’s a bonus gift when buying the ext HD, so since the ext HD served the intended purpose, the uselessness of the bonus flash drive is outweighed.

External HD are most of time reliable and good...I have nothing special to say about this product do the job as supposed to do.

I was able to get it for under $100 and this was a total steal and 4 TB is a lot! Great for video backups if your into content creation!

I had a little bit of a hard time setting up this drive with my Mac. I kept reaching an error with the instillation software. But after a quick google search and youtube video I figured out how to do it manually through disk utility. All good from there.

Bought this for my MacBook Pro and it does the job. Got it on Black Friday for $80 for 4TB of storage. Has usb 3.0 for fast transfer.

Installed the software and did a full backup. Scheduled incremental backups and it got every one. Very happy with this drive.
