I was able to backup all of my files quickly and it was very easy to setup. Having the 32GB thumb-drive was just an added bonus. I love the size of the external drive. It fits easily in my jacket pocked or backpack... making it extremely portable and easy to transfer from one computer to another. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this!!!!

Great for those with a PS4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son who has an original PS4 and was looking into upgrading the internal hard drive of the PS4 but was hesitant into doing it for fear of damaging it. I saw this deal and thought it was just exactly what he needed and much cheaper than upgrading the internal hard drive. He doesn't have to worry about deleting games to make space anymore or at least for a while.

Great backup solution

Only thing to caution if you are trying to use this to transfer data from one computer to another, might simply need to copy and paste files the old school way. Tried to make a backup of one laptop to transfer to another laptop and could not use the WD backup utility. Haven’t had time to do more research on this, I could be missing something.
