I have this connected to my iMac via Time Machine. The iMac has a 3TB internal hard drive. So, this external serves as a full system backup for me. It was very easy to set up and performs a backup every hour. I had to use Time Machine once when one MacOS update didn't take. I used this backup to restore my whole computer to the state it was in before I started the new OS install and everything came back. This hard drive is super quiet. I sometimes just look behind the iMac just to see the blinking white LED just to be sure it is doing its thing. I also have been using the removable flash drive for a year or so now to bring files back and forth to work and the 32GB drive works great as well. Very happy with all of this.

My PS4 only came with 500gb, causing me to have to constantly delete games in order to download new ones. With this harddrive, I can download all my games and have loads of room to spare. Definitely reccomend this over Seagate products.

I attached it to my Xbox One as a second drive. It formatted it for game storage without any problems at all. Not any faster or slower than the internal drive and 4TB is probably overkill, but for the price was definitely worth it. The included thumb drive was a nice bonus.

I had a few different smaller portable hard drives and was able to consolidate them all on to this drive with space to spare. It’s also the same physical size as my other drives, which is great—no extra bulk to carry around with my laptop.

I use it primary as a portable backup drive. It's a lot of storage for the things I store in it. Pictures, Movies, and some documents are mainly store here. Good item to have just in case your computer drive crashes.

This drive was already one of my favorite external high-capacity USB 3.0 drives, it's even better with an included 32GB USB Flash drive. Absolutely NO complaints about Western Digital products, I've been using them for decades.

Bought for backing up important docs. No issues after 1.5 years of daily use. Formatted as ntfs and works with both Windows and Linux. Bought a second one one to backup the backup just in case.

I bought this external hard drive for backing up my data. It was a great value. The price was $79 and it came with a 32G flash drive. The regular price was $199. I waited until Best Buy had a promotion for this item. Looks like a good deal.

The cost per GB is very cheap compared many other portable HDD solutions, this was one of the deal I was waiting for Thanks Giving. Loved the product now I am able to daily back up my work machine, personal files and all data collections.

I have always had good luck with Western Digital devices. They are not my only choice, however, and I usually shop for external drives based on price, instead of brand. This WD external came with a nice thumb drive. Glad I bought it.

I got this 4 TB drive plus a 32 GB thumb drive for around $80 during Black Friday week. What an incredible deal! Lots of storage space and the added thumb drive is an additional plus. Highly recommend this if you can get it at this price.

This was an excellent addition for my xbox. It easily plugs in via usb and was instantly recognized. no need to install anything extra. The drive is quiet and doesn't produce any heat. There is no external power required either.

Picked this up during Black Friday 2018 at a great price ($85 w/ tax). Plenty of storage to store my Xbox One games and the handy 32gb portable jump drive is very nice for transferring many photos, videos and other documents just fine.

got on sale for deal of the day. Extra storage for PS4 and saved game data. was easy transfer of to the 32gb stick for saved game data and once plugged external drive in the PS4 did the formatting and then copied game data w no issues.

This is a nice portable hard drive with alot of storage, 4TB. I use this to backup all my files from my computer. This bundle package also come with a 32GB USB flash drive that allow me to easily transfer files between computers.

My son wanted it for Christmas this past year for his PS4 and it met his expectations and then some. It's very small (smaller than most cell phones), yet it can store all his games with no issue. Definitely recommend this product.

Not a lot to say about this external except that it feels very sturdy and with proper care it should last you a good long while. It comes packed with a usb 3.0 cable and the 32 gb flash drive is a nice bonus. I used mine to as an external drive for my ps4 Pro. It comes formatted in ntsf format but a quick easy format to exFat does the trick. Boom! 4tb of extra space on my ps4. It runs quit and loads games fairly quick for an external drive. Good drive speeds

This is working perfectly. My wife wanted something to store a LOT of photos on. This is working great for it and still has plenty of room. It is a lot smaller in size than I expected, so it actually will make it easy to store.

Using this external drive for storing my personal files and photos in long term storage. The package is small given the storage capacity of 4TB. A extra flash drive is added bonus. Hopefully the drive lasts for many years to come.

I haev been buying this model hard drive to store all my photos, videos, and work files. I have multi-backups and all use this drive. I NEVER had a problem with WD drives in all the years I have used them. Definitely recommended.
