Another excellent WD product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this portable hard drive for two reasons: first, to replace my HUGE, doorstop of an older WD model that was a fraction of the size, and secondly, because I wanted one specifically for my new Mac. Very easy, just plug in and follow the prompts for Time Machine. And it draws power from the Mac, so no need for a clunky AC adapter either. So far, it's great.

It was super easy to use and I was able to directly move a previous harddrive to it so I have everything in one place now. Great bang for the buck too!
