Works fine but limited instructions and download of software never worked. Thought it was device so returned first one. Second one did the same thing! Terrible support from manufacturer and lots of posts of people having same issue. The good news is that you don’t need software! Just plug it into your device and move or copy the files to the drive.

I purchased this to store family pictures and important documents. Lots of room left. Works great, plug and play unit for a great price.

I really don't know anything about hard drives, but after my computer crashed and I lost everything my son recommended this external one. It is compact, easy to install.

These hard drives are fantastic, this is my second one, they are so little, no need for external power, the cord is a little short depending on where you are plugging it in, I prop mine on an old cell phone box so it's not a big deal especially as it's out of sight behind the tower, I love them for back up, makes it so easy to grab in an emergency so you have all your photos, important papers, music, etc. That's actually why I finally bought my second one, so I can have it in my go bag.

Good size for storage but bulky physically. Good price but should be smaller in dimensions.

This unit is just what I needed. 4 TB is a lot of space for backups and using the 3.0 USB port transfer speeds are great. It's small and compact and not hard on the eyes! Perfect for backups.

Hi. This portable hard drive has 4TB of storage which is great for most people and at a reasonable price. It is small and very easy for people to carry, about the size of a hand.

got this for my xbox and i no longer have to delete any games or apps to play the latest and greatest now. good future proofing for 4k.

I had bought this for my wife's MacBook and she loves this and she uses it on a daily basis. I already have a 1TB for my personal laptop and would love like to get another one. Great product for hard drives

I use it mostly for storing images of hard drives. I am a computer technician and use imaging software like Acronis and it works well.
