Great hd for backup's

I normally buy external hard drives with their own power supply, however this one just has USB power and it works out perfectly is much more convenient

Back-up for my desktop Mac...

I got this one, however, to backup my desktop at home (Time Machine for my Mac). I also got it at a great price (WD drives frequently go on sale). Highly recommend.

It works great. Quiet, small and huge capacity. Ended up portioning in 2 pieces, one for Time Machine one for extra storage.

This one is another great device with solid build quality and hassle-free use. Bought as a backup for MacBook Air. It worked great once it was formatted for Mac. I believe it comes default formatted for Windows. I’ve never had a problem with WD hard drives before and don’t anticipate any in the near future.
