As advertised

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a drive to use to repair my failed drive so I took the bad drive out of my notebook placed it into a case (also bought at BB) and transferred all of the data from the bad drive to this one... Long story short I fixed my NB and got it back up running... Now I use this drive for Windows Image BUs weekly from 2 notebooks...

Best XHD I've encountered

Overflow is a risk. So this huge external memory is helping me with that challenge even as I work to cull some/many photos. The access is very smooth - and I've had previous XHDs which seemed interested in keeping everything secret from me, so this is something I really appreciate.
