The memory capacity was all i was upto but then I was able to buy it at a good deal, cheapest price I’ve seen so far.

Very easy setup and works great for my gaming needs.

Easystore proved exactly that. I was able to simply plug in the external hard drive and instructions were clear and easy to back up in referenced system. I am a senior citizen who normally gets intimidated with technology; not an issue here. I am very confident that my invaluable pictures are always going to be available.

Always trust Western Digital. Haven’t had anything ever happen with these portables unexpectedly. Excellent as always!

Great hard drive, very compact, easy to use and hide

This has worked perfect for me to have all my pictures and video stored. I have a you tube channel and i want to save all my videos and pictures that i use. So this is a great addition to what i have already .

It is smaller works purfectly. I wouldon't buy again

Great hard drive I backed up my whole computer is running faster.

Bought the XBox One S a couple of years back. Didn’t realize that 500G would run out so quickly. This is a great external drive so far. Easy to connect and transferred all games over to this. No problems playing any of them off the drive either. It’s only been a few days but no problems noticed yet.

With this size disk storage I am able to store more music, movies, and photos and it is portable. Easy to use to download from the camera.

I bought the 4Gb drive to backup all my files that I had on my computers. I have two computers with more than 1Gb of storage each, but no longer could store everything on just one of them. So I am using this drive to store all pictures, videos plus backups I have created from all my computers in case something goes wrong.

Works well and holds a lot of data, nice and small.

Back up storage device seems to work fine, is compact and has plenty of storage. Time will tell if it’s better than my old dead drive.

Don't be fooled by the DURABLE CONSTRUCTION PROTECTS AGAINST SHOCKS statement. I keep this drive in my drone case which has hard foam cut out slots for storage. Had the HD for less than a month and I transferred all my 'important' data to it and 2 weeks later the drive stopped working. SMART is coming up with errors. Definitely a physical error on the drive when I tried to run the Western Digital tools and my own software recovery utilities. Now I need to buy another drive to cannibalize to get my data off the original drive (THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ROOKIES!!). IF you are going to use a portable drive to back up data, get 2 and make 2 copies. Also I bought this drive at a great price at Best Buy but I should have gone with an SSD drive for my important information rather than a conventional platter drive. This drive is still under warranty with Western Digital but I need the information that is stuck on it so after doing what I need to do to get the information off of the drive, it will not longer be under warranty (along with the new drive I will have to use to get my information off the old drive).

This 4TB External USB Portable Hard Drive is compatible with the Xbox system. It also does not need a power source.
