Set up was foolproof with the additional purchase of a USB Type-C to A adapter. I needed the adapter since I am running a Mac Mini M1. This external drive runs silently, unlike my others which make a whirring sound when the internal disks are spinning. The build seems solid enough and I hope it performs better than my last portable drive (not WD brand), which died suddenly and I lost all of my important work files.

Great price! And perfect for my PS4. Easy to set up and install. Would buy it another one for my Xbox.

Honestly this product is absolutely amazing, I have bought an external hard-drive before for the Xbox one and it broke! It even was the brand sponsored by Xbox and cost me $120... but then my friend told me about this one and I have had no problems, along with speedy load up times who could argue against it! Honestly greatest $100 for an external I have ever paid and totally will buy another one after this one fails but I don’t see that happening anytime soon

I was able to snag this HD for $99. Half off the original/regular price. I was looking for something was portable, and able to hold a lot of data. I looked at flash drives, but they weren't big enough. I'd had smaller portable HD's by this same company, and knew they were reliable, so pulled the trigger on this one. Reliable, fast, and small. Very happy with this purchase.

4 TB is great and more than ample storage for backup, photos, music and you can take it anywhere.

I connected it to my existing WD mycloud drive and voila, 4 more TB added to the system. Best and cheapest way to expand your existing cloud drive.

The product was very easy to set up and format. The size makes it very convenient too, it turned out to be smaller than expected which is a plus.

Lots of storage. No issues in over a year since we've had it. Great amount of storage for games. Son uses it for his ps5 and has his entire ps4 collection in it! It can store ps5 games if you need the space BUT CANNOT run ps5 games. You'll need to swap it back to the internal ps5 drive.

Bought for extended storage for my kids PS5. Works great so far. No crashes or lag of any kind.

Love this compact external drive with plenty of memory. This is the 2nd one I've purchased to put copies of our family videos and pictures on to give copies to our adult children so they can relive those memories. Very easy to use. Transfers fast.

I would recommend this if you need a large external hard drive. I got it at a really good price but I would pay the normal price for this one.
