Quick curb side delivery and so far the product works well.

Needed more space for recording OTA Christmas shows and came across this one. The portable drives don't seem as fast for transferring from device to device, but for straight recording or viewing it works fine.

Good product and easy to use. Easy setup and lots of space.

Quick and easy install, have already installed multiple games and used them on the ps4. Have had no problems. Only thing I could see people having problems with is how short the USB cable is, but that is zero problem to me I don't need it to be 6 feet long

I haven't owned the product long enough to write a long term report but for the short time that I've had it, I can say that it's a well built good quality product. It connects to my laptop quite fast and I haven't had any problems with my laptop not detecting the external storage device thus far.

I went from an older drive to this one and everything about this one has outperformed my expectations.

For the amount of storage, this is a great price. It was quite surprising to find such a great price on a credible company.

I have used WD portable hard drives for years. The only reason I seem to replace them is to gain more storage capacity. This one is no different. I supplemented my 1TB drive with this new 4TB one, and have been able to clear a lot of stuff from my PC's hard drive.

Pretty straight forward. I needed to upgrade from the 1 TB external HDD I was using with my Xbox One and it was getting close to full. Saw the 4 TB WD on sale for $105, bought it. Now I have almost 80% free space. It reads and writes just as fast as the 1 TB Seagate external HDD I was using before.

What can I say about this WD drive other than it was exactly what I needed for expanding my PlayStation hard drive. WD has never let me down & are always great quality drives. If your looking for a reliable drive to store your important files or saving game saves this drive is for you!

I love my new portable hard drive. It's really fast, it doesn't really make any noise, and I love the fact that is portable.

Nice storage capacity for the price. I got this at a discount and I can't complain. It's not the fastest, since it's a mechanical drive but for extra storage it works really great.

I've been using these external storage drives for years to backup critical information. This makes my third WD device. From "day one" I have had problems unmounting the drive from my computer. Normally with any drive, you can right-click then select "safely remove" or "eject". But with this drive, you do not have that option, and so you're left with hoping everything is closed and just unplugging it. The problem is that 50-60% of the time when you go to plug it back in, you get a prompt that there's an error on the drive and a recommendation to scan/repair the drive (which I usually do). This generally does the trick and balance is restored to the universe, but it's an irritating second step that I must undergo to use the drive. I now no longer use it as a backup drive but rather to transport files between my work and home PC that I don't want parked in the cloud. Perhaps I just received a defective unit, but this is something I'll definitely look out for (and avoid) when purchasing another drive.
