Great External Hard Drive

Plenty of room

And I got it on sale which is a huge bonus! The PS4 Pro had no problems recognizing it. It reads and writes very fast as well. With 4TB of storage I don’t think I’ll be running out of space for a long time.

No-brainer for the price

It gives you a good read/write speed which makes it convenient to transfer big files. I wish it was coming with a free Paragon NTFS like my Seagate but it doesn't. I ended up buying Paragon NTFS to be able to use on my mac and transfer large files.

Simple Installation on HP Envy Running Windows 10

Windows 10 and its backup service configuration recognized the drive and configured as expected. With 4 terabytes of storage, this should enable me to keep my files and PC configuration safe and recoverable for a long time to come.

Wonderful Backup Option

It was easier to move all photos/movies onto this new drive. I use the term easier because didn't want to disturb current backup procedure. Store staff was very knowledgeable and listened to all my questions.

My previous external hard drive had decided to pass from this world. So I purchased multiple for back ups. Steadily done their job, and I still have room on them. A feat for a RAW photographer.
