Picked up two of these during a sale, one for my husband and one for his friend. Both needed external drives for their gaming consoles. Very pleased with the performance of both!

Great Product - Def can not go wrong with this !!!

I bought this to store some of my media as backup. The storage space is plenty. But, I'm a bit disappointed by the speed. I've had other USB 3.0 drives that are faster. I still don't regret purchasing this though. It is fairly quiet. As this has 4TB of space, it is thicker than the 1TB and 2TB externals I have. Though I took 1 star for the speed, I have used others that are even slower than this and returned them. This one is a keeper.

With 4TB of storage, I was able to use this on my PS4 and store/install at least 50+ games without any lag or issues. There's still tons of storage space left. No more having to delete games or saves to make room for newer or older games/downloads

Ripped my cds to lossless flac and also MP3 320hz. I also started using Handbreak to rip my 1000+ dvd collection. So far everything fits and works great. I plg it into my BluRay player then stream to my tv and soundbar.

I use WD drives for several MacBook Pros, but couldn’t get it to work correctly with my iMac. Still reliable drive and great value for the price.

I bought this external hard drive so I could purge pictures and videos from our 2 laptops because they were full on memory. I'm not the most tech savvy person but I figured out how to use this fairly easily/quickly. So glad to have freed up space on our laptops!

I like WD hard drive. My all hard drive are WD. This 4TB hard drive is very good for me.

I'm new to this type of storage. Needed something to back up my hard drive on my Toshiba laptop. My husband use to take care of this but now I see he lost things when he would back my hard drive on an older portable drive and not save them somewhere. This seems to do what I need and I can understand it better and do it myself without trying to figure out what to do when trying to understand what is asked.. Again it has tons of storage

room for alot of pictures and music or also documents

I use this for my PS4 and I couldn't be happier. I only have a 500 GB console and quickly ran out of room. I had to delete a few games to make room. Now that I added the external drive I reinstalled what I deleted and still have plenty of room. Runs super smooth too.

Like because it has plenty of storage space yet is small enough to pack in suitcase for my next research trip!

This works perfectly for my Xbox one. It was very easy to use, just plug it into the Xbox us port. You can either format it for games or video captures. I used it for the games and I was able to play my games off of the hard drive. It can't get any easier than this

Western digital hard drives are the best. They are super fast to read and write. I have never had a western digital hard drive fail on me. Recommend to anyone. Buy them when they are on sale for under one hundred dollars.

I bought it during thanksgiving sale for 80 bucks, its totally worth it, lot of space !
