Very good product. I have two of these...one for backups, and one to make backups of the backups. Not taking any chances. Anyway, they've been 100% reliable for over a year, absolutely no problems. At the moment all works fine. Hope it holds up

Purchased to use as a backup drive for Windows 10. The drive is easy to connect as it is powered by the USB port. I am not using the supplied software. I am using Windows Backup to backup necessary files. Drive has worked great for this purpose.

This hard drive does a great job. I work between offices and it's so great to have important documents I need on hand at all times, without the need to carry my laptop with me everywhere. The documents pull up quickly and are easily accessible.

Used this to move all my info from a computer that crashed. Worked like intended and I currently have it hooked up to that same computer after I had windows installed. I save all my info on there instead of the computer.

Bought this for backing up my main drive on the computer, plus photo storage and other documents. I still have plenty of room to spare.

I consider this to be a great buy. A 4TB portable HD for only $99 is really pretty good. My wife does a lot of photo editing and this allows her to keep her work on the portable and keep the regular HD for the rest of the family.

I have a few of these drives now purchased from Best Buy. They are always reliable, fast and good price for the amount of storage. Only downside is the proprietary charging cable. The port on the actual drive can be difficult to use when it's new (it sticks).

When I bought my Xbox One X it had 2tb of storage but I wanted to double that at least. When I saw a quality drive name like Western Digital selling a 4tb drive for $80 I had to be crazy to pass that deal and it works perfectly with my One X

Amazing 4TB External HDD. I am using this as my regular backup device. This is working perfectly since July of 2018.

My 2TB external hard drive for Xbox one is full so I bought this 4TB to replace it. I simply [plug it into the Xbox and it asks me to format it if I want to save games with it. Then moving games and my old drive to this new drive is very simple.

This external Hard Drive is a great addition to all my little gadgets. So easy to transfer large files for safe keeping. Does not take up much room on a desk or filing cabinet.
