Inexpensive, high-quality storage add-on for PS4

Definitely faster than the stock PS4 drive, not quite as fast as replacing the internal drive with an SSD or hybrid drive, but far more capacity for the money.

Great Network storage

I intend to use it as a network drive attached to my router. Expectations are high for this to last at least 5 years as well.

Good but very very slow

The latest ones, including this one, are handy and reliable, but are very very slow. This is true whether copying from internal hard drive to WD or copying WD to WD. Would buy a different brand if I knew of one that was better. Plan your backups and big copies as overnighters. Overall, I really like Best Buy.
