Easy and lots of space; PS4 use

I ran out of space and had several games coming. This was super easy to use, I installed it on my computer, registered it and installed my desired device. From there I simply plugged it into my play station where I leave it and I have 4 TB of space. Through the play station settings I have everything being saved on my external device; easy, quick and I don't have to worry about running out of space anytime soon.

Good Backup Device

Given the monthly costs of cloud storage, this becomes an excellent value for photos you want to keep but not devastated if they are lost. I will still use cloud storage for photos of my children when they are young and other special moments. The drive was easy to mount to my computer and transferring the photos is very easy. One drawback is the slowness of the transfer speed which has to do with the drive being mechanical and not solid state. However, with SSD being 3 times the price and that I am not accessing them often. This is certainly a better buy.

Perfect for PS4 Games!

Tried to install the PS5 games through the hard drive and immediately asked me to move it back to console storage. Overall, it does work on PS5 and this product is highly recommend to anyone who’s got a huge library of PS4 games!
