Glad I got this drive because it works very well and has loads of storage. I hope it does not go on the fritz like the lightening adapted Seagate that I am replacing.

The hard drive worked as expected, I have been using it as exFat partition. Working well in both Mac and PC. Speed is as fast as typically for any USB 3.0 drive.

got this for my ps4 so we wouldn't have to keep delting old games when we got a new one. IT's works seemless, there is no lag time when loading games.

Works fine and plenty of space. It’s portable if you need it to be, although I generally just keep it plugged in to my docking station

The WD - easystore® 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive does not need an external energy source so searching for electric receptacles, plugging in and out and carrying around the transformer and cord. The electric supply comes through the USB connection. This is really convenient.
