We needed to store some videos and pictures and this memory was perfect

I bought this during the Black Friday deal and its a bang for your bucks. Decent transfer speeds and you can dump all your images, videos in one place.

Has plenty of space and got it sale. Helped me clean up my computer so it runs faster.

I have never used an external hard drive before. But I I'm confident I maid the right choice with this product, it was super simple to set up and use.

this is a good storage unit with plenty of space and seems to hold up durability wise. It is comparable with my MacBook pro

I use this as a external storage device for my PS4 (500gb). So far it has been working great. I moved the majority of my games to the device with no issues.

Wanted a backup drive that was easy to take with a laptop. ..especially without the need to power the drive separately. Simply plug in USB cord and works.

Perfect for "Portable installs" for tools that I need but add up to using of space. Working offline would not be possible without this.

Backup, Backup, Backup... If you have not learn a hard YET about making backups, you will. Your Computer, Phone, Tablet,... WILL all fail one day. Do you know the cost of recovery? When you could have spent a few bucks for some peace of mind? Most people only need a 500 gig backup to a Tara drive to make backupS. It will not work on old PC's of about 5 years old with out USB 3 Ports.

Bought to use as backup storage for my PS5, works perfectly and bought at a great price.

This is working out perfect for all our pictures so we can have them and not worry about losing them, still have plenty of room for more!

Hard drive isn't ok But the quality isn't not so good, And it doesn't give an option to eject the laptop keep saying close the program if you have any opened existent Even after closing it keep saying it won't eject I guess it's not safe to remove until it says SAFE TO REMOVE

Great backup! Worked perfectly when changing to a new computer.

Among having a great storage capacity..... the sleek slim updated box design is much better than the old bolcky box design and fits in way better shelf space and cracks.... so really your saving space internally with plenty of space to store inside and out great product.

This is my fifth Western Digital external hard drive, all have been great and lasted. 4TB of storage space back up all my files with room to spare. A+
