    Took a little to download the software needed, but once it finally was able to download the product has been good. Was stated it came with free $25 to Shutterfly and never got anything about it so make sure to follow up with that.

    Fantastic devise provide extra storage. For Mac use you need to reformat it, only drawback, but once is done it works perfectly.
