This item is awesome to have and the storage is great for many games. I hate to delete games solely because of a shortage of space.

This portable hard drive works perfectly and fast.Has more than enough capacity for filing important documents and pictures for me.

Mostly this did what it was supposed to but the case separated a couple of times just from handling (not from drops). In less than 2 years it was occasionally not being recognized. Finally, my daughter forgot it was plugged in and pulled it from the table. It fell about 2 feet and would not read again. The big caveat here is that the port is attached to the board so this cannot be read by a SATA drive or similar once it fails. So, for this reason I’d steer clear. It still runs and powers up but no solution for my pics yet. I’d say a portable drive should be a bit more durable.

I had searched similar products for awhile before buying WD 4TB external hard drive. It is pretty good quality, fast and durable.

If you're a person who saves a lot of materials, I highly recommend getting this drive. Just plug it in and it's ready to go.
