I buy this passport every few years to store my information yet I do have to purchase a new one for the last two years. 1st one the cable cord bent in a few years; 2nd one fell from my grip & stopped working.

The harddrive has been working well. It was very easy to format for my Mac and replace my old time machine hard drive.

At first I was a little paranoid about losing the archive, but now that I've got my extra 4tb beats is banging out the trap...

unit is easy and simple to use. The only real drawback is the lack of information you can get on your back up.

Got it at a great price, plugged it into my Xbox one x with the available cable and it was recognized immediately. A message pops up whether you want it only for games or something else. Press format for games. Done.only caveat, how does a 4tb drive become only a 3.6 device.

This is a great product for backing up information from your computer. Easy to use. Just plug in and let it do its job

Already had the same drive and love it. Have a few 8TB powered external drives, but this one is great for hot swapping! I store videos on them so it's a brease to swap to any of my 6 computers (windows 7 thru 10). It's 3.0 and backward compatible for no fuss with older build's

This little drive has very large capacity. It serves well as the backup storage for my all my family pictures and videos.

This hdd very good, both for the price with capacity. The problem is that it does not stop, it's still waiting

Got this at a nice discount, and it has massive storage, however, Hard Disk Drives kinda suck....Not disappointed, however...

This is really easy to set up on your own. Great portable storage for on the go

No issue, seems to work as expected. I used this for the ability to back my computer and have the extra storage space.

I needed to copy everything from my 2003 Toshiba labtop to my new labtop. I first bought a Seagate from Costco, but my brother told me how that model has some issues w/it. I returned it. When they had WD easy store on Black Friday I bought one. No no issues.

I am a big fan of WD products. This is my fourth(I filled the other three up with data/music,etc) WD external hard-drive so that should tell you that I have never had any problems/issues with them. They have all worked as stated and are very reliable. I would buy another WD product in the future.

Great price for this hard drive when we paid for it. 4TB and you can take it with you?! Highly recommend. We have never bought a portable hard drive before since they were not very big in space or if they were, the cost was outrageous. This one, in particular, was $90 on sale. Love it!

I bought this to back up to my present 500GB HDD WD elements, partioned space for my mac time machine, and still have little over 2TB of spare data for future projects! Makes a relatively quiet rattle that you could only hear if you place the device next to your ear and parts feel even more sturdy than the WD elements HDD that I currently have. It's a perfect device if you only need space for storage and nothing fancy like transfer rates or USB-C.

It is a little different than other external drives, since I had to install the program. Other than that all is good

I grabbed this for $85 and it delivers! Currently being used by my PS4, I’ve got 35 titles installed so far. Game load times are pretty smooth, Haven’t really noticed any lag whatsoever. Hopefully it keeps up till the PS5 gets here. Definite recommendation

External Hard Drive works well, is easy to connect, has ample storage for most uses and appears durable.
