I haven't had any problems with this since buying it. Works great and seems to copy fast.

We bought this for our PS4, as the internal HD was full. Easy to move files from Internal HD to external. As a bonus, boot times are down!

This HD was by far the easiest setup for my PS4 Pro. Works as advertised and now allows me 4TB to store my games. Excellent hard drive for consoles.

Excellent just don’t lost the charging chord. Haven’t had any issues other than attempting to replace the chord

For the price point, it is great. It is very well priced, but it comes with one drawback of having slower speeds to view files. But this is so minor that it's worth the price if you don't mind waiting a few extra seconds. Other than that, it's been great so far.

Been using this as my external HDD for my PS4. Loving the extra space! Just as a reminder, that you have to reformat it so that it can be detected by the PS4.

OK this will sound weird but I had to return this external HD. This HD only uses a standard USB plug. My Surface Studio laptop only has USB C ports, so I could only plug the HD into a USB hub. unfortunately, for whatever reason, the laptop could not recognize the HD/ install drivers unless it was plugged directly into the laptop (i tried it on an older laptop and it was fine). So because i could only use it if it was plugged in a USB port that my laptop did not have, it was effectively unusable. If you have regular USB ports in your laptop, it'll run fine though.

This WD External HD is an excellent product. The Best I have used. The price is comparable and infact very reasonable as compared to similar other Brands.

I have several of these USB "passport" devices. Great way to back up important files and pictures. Got this one to store offsite in a safety deposit box.

Handy portable drive. Have a 1TB thinking was enough but by the time you now it your at the max. Close to almost running out of space on portable drive.

I purchased this drive to put my movie collection on and it has worked out great, being 3.0 its fast and allowed me to move 2 T of movies in just a few hours.

I am a long-time user of WD My Passport products. I have never had an issue with them. I use them to back up 4K video projects so I have many of these drives.

Solid state is the only wat to go for 2021. Lighting fast transfer speds/ And years of data will fit on this drive.

This hard drive seems good, the only problem is that you have re format for Mac, and if you want to use it for windows and Mac you have to Re format, make sure you format for Mac first then ex fat, other wise it won’t work if you trying to format straight to ex fat out of the box
