Bought this to replace my 2 TB drive, I didn't really need it but I couldn't pass up the price. Loads fast, no lag at all so far.

I added this to my PC and scheduled a daily back up. Now I feel much more comfortable about not losing any data.

exclusive design for retail stores which seems better than western digital's own mainstream products. works well.

I gave to my son for him to save his projects to bring to school. Fast to load, hope it comes with a hard case too.

Purchased two of these drives and have had great success with using them as a backup for large media files from two computers.

When I opened the package it stated to go to a website for the user's manual. That website did not exist. I tried Googling WD easystore. I found several frustrated people asking how to back up their computers . . . but no instructions on how to do it. I will try again, but if I cannot get it to work by the weekend, I'll be returning it. I'll update this review to let you know if I get help or must return it. I can't say anything about the quality or the value because I have not been able to use it, but ease of use is a zero!

Highly recommended, My go to drive. Never lets me down. Fits easily in my briefcase, purse, pocket etc.

nice portable hard drive, bought on a deal of the day for less than 100 , the size a quality of the case is nice too.

When I typed in Google best external for compatibility with ps4. Best buy has it and I picked it up the same day

Overall, it is a good hard drive. the only downside that we have seen is that my laptop seemed to get a virus after having it plugged into it to get everything backed up. But other than that it does what we need it to do.

Fast connection. Transfer speed is pretty good for a spinning platter. Thicker than I expected but still manageable to carry.

The WD Harddisk is all you need for external storage, sturdy and easy to handle, exactly what you'd want out of a storage disk.

This drive is great for storing music, pictures, or any media you don't need taking up space on your internal drive.

It's an external hard drive, not much else to say. Western Digital is one of the better brands for external hard drives.
