    I was thinking this was a WD red drive, but it was not. I noticed this after checking the warranty and saw it only had a two year coverage. I will hold out for a red drive which is more reliable, ergo the 4 stars only rating.

    This has been a night mare for me not knowing anything about electronics. 1st I try putting in the web page for WD and it tells me that is an invalid address and anyone can see what I am doing on my computer. I have tried different ways of going thru Microsoft Windows and still have gotten no where will this device. My computer is still Low Storage. I printed the instructions and tried to go by that. At this point, when I have free time, I sit here and try and figure it out.

    This controller works as advertised. It was very easy to set up and control all the devices that supporter it. The software you use to program the controller could use some work, as it was not as responsive as I had hoped.
