Super easy to install and use ... Now I don't have to worry about storage on my hard drive ... just plug it in the USB and good to go ...initializes very quickly and retrieves and stores very quickly ... may buy another one for movies and videos.

This external hard drive is perfect! Two major pluses: 1. Size. It is perfectly handheld, which makes for easy storage and portability. 1. Power. It does not require an additional power source to operate. Love it, it's my go-to for photo storage.

This product does what it says. Kees information for your needs but it is a loud if you don’t strap it down keeping it from vibrating so loud

I recently purchased this storage device to store and access music media on my home theatre system. I have music and photos stored on it. It has very fast access speeds...no waiting and waiting while it loads. A great device at a very good price.

I needed and external drive for my PS4 Pro as I kept filling up my 1 TB internal one. This is perfect for the $80 price tag and allows me to load free PS+ games on the drive with no worries it will fill up soon and I need to delete other ones.

I use the computer for work and it crashes and I don't have a backup it would cripple me. I got this to back up and protect the stuff on my computer in case something bad happens.

Works great for Mac Time Machine backup. I simply plugged this in and Time Machine took over and automatically backs up my Mac with any changes every hour. So easy to use and worth it.

Had to replace a computer with a lot of audio and video files. The new computer didn't have a drive large enough to do the job, but this external drive did a wonderful job!

This is the best external drive I've ever owned. It was easy to format, always shows up on my Mac desktop, and I'm able to pull up my files with sufficient speed. I make art videos for YouTube, so I use it to store raw video files and finished projects. The large 4TB storage capacity is great! I've used external drives from C-Gate (decent, but sometimes won't show on my desktop) and LaSee (always have had compatibility issues with my Mac), but the WD easystore is the only one that has been trouble free. Definitely recommended!

Great hard rice for ps5. It only works for ps4 games however it holds a ton of them and works perfectly. Remember to set you ps5 to auto download the ps4 games to external drive.

for those of us who don't quite trust the cloud. WDs are also quite reliable.
