    This is not the WD drive I expected -turns out it was cheaper because its a Best Buy ONLY drive with fewer features. Can not be encrypted or locked. (Has the WD software for it leading me to believe it could when reviewed, but drive isn't capable.) Therefore suitable for file transfer only and not backup/storage of important data. Used it once, put it on the shelf, and paid more for a better product = wasted my money on this product. Zero Stars!

    It was a little complicated to set up because you had to change a setting for it to work with MacBooks but with some patience it will work.
