    I little difficult to make it work, directions are very poor, not easy to figure out, still having major issues understanding how to load files and then access them. No such easy option to 'click, drag, upload...does NOT exist on this product. You have to go to their web site to download some file, yet it doesn't tell you if it was completed, nor can your view what's been uploaded, yet it appears to have loaded files. This is a designing error by the manufacturer...I'm assuming it works, but for a non-computer guru, PLEASE looks elsewhere! Will eventually figure it out...these products are NOT designed for non-computer literate people on purpose!

    Had to reformat multiple times to get it to show up at all on my MacBook Pro and iMac. Once it did, it hung and was never usable. Returned it for a more expensive model. Stick with Seagate if you can. MacOS 10.12
