Being Returned - This one is defective

One of them must be defective as we could NOT get the alarm to stop beeping -Flat tone, despite following ALL instructions on how to fix it, resolve the problem. SO tomorrow this one is being returned. Stay tuned for review on the 2nd one.

Not having much luck with this backup

It seems easy to set up but it will not backup everything I included in the backup. I got a notification of an error report and it won't open. Online support by WD does not exist.

Horrible device

Started having problems with it right after I bought it and then two weeks later it stopped working. I lost all my information and I am so happy I had it backed up at another location so I didn't care.
