    This is the second WD device that has failed on me. I'm starting to get concerned. Got the clicking of death also on the WD Cloud storage. Maybe I was not lucky I don't know. My data is important and I may start looking elsewhere.

    First one of this brand I bought. I can not get it to just open like the desk top external drive. I have to scroll and do searching through other folders. The other brand I have used opens straight to my folders I have in it. Maybe it is me, but I am usually good at this stuff.
