Great piece of equipment! I use this everyday! Would buy again!!

Speeds are good, and for $90 on sale there isn't really anything to complain about. Plenty of storage and only need a USB port to connect it, no cumbersome power adapters some of the larger external hard drives have.

I bought this to expand the storage on my PS4 and so far it has worked perfectly. i have downloaded every single PS Plus game and physical games that I own and still have so much room left. Would highly recommend.

So far so good. Had no problem just plugging it in and starting to use. I am doing my own backups, and not using their software so cannot comment on that part.

I order this external WD 4TB USB 3.0 to use as a backup drive for my family pictures and videos because I can never find things sent to the “cloud.” So far the WD drive is quick in transferring data, small enough to carry around but a bit thick compared to my 1TB. Overall a good investment.

Can’t go wrong with a 4TB external drive. Great way to get my stuff backed up with some peace of mind. I may look at partitioning the drive first….

When you need a lot of simple solid storage you look here for under a $100 bucks! Works as intended.

Decent size, fast transfer, and reliable. I would have used two hard drive to back up my child photos, but this hard drive does it all and save me so much time.

This is the third Western Digital portable hard drive that I have purchased over the years, each larger in storage size than the last. They have gone back and forth to work with me, traveled with me, and taken a great deal of abuse. Yet they reliably chug on. The oldest one can run a bit warm and just a tad noisy. But it remains a workhorse nearly a decade after I bought it. I also use a WD external desk top model for my desk top computer. All in all, I have found WD products to be rock solid.

it is what it is. great size for travel purposes. althoug it did make me download an app on my computer in order to use but thats not a biggie for me.
