I bought this hard drive to use for college and it has proven to be a great investment. The hard drive I bought has 4 TB of storage, meaning I will probably never run out of space on it. It is big enough that I do not forget it or lose it anywhere, but is not large enough that it is a pain to carry around. I had to reformat it so I could use it on both my Asus and MacBook, but other than that, it has been perfect.

Build quality is good.Plenty of capacity , the drive is not the fastest. Its being used to backup my photo collection. Overall its exactly what I needed. I gave it four stars because of the very short cable that comes with the drive. (1ft)

I initially purchased a WD 2TB External HDD for my Xbox One. It worked great but as most people know these next-gen consoles play games that are very large in size, about 60-80GB each. I discovered this WD 4TB External HDD on sale and have enjoyed it ever since. The data transfer rates are awesome with the use of the USB 3.0. After all my games were transferred, I still have more than half of my storage available. Need some more games to help that out.

Love this! I have another Easystore and simply love how easy it is to use. Quite simply plug and use! No downloads or extra programs to use.

Bought this to hook up to my xbox one x, the games work really well running them from this drive, plus a lot of storage space for games now

Use this to make a backup of my most critical files. I take this to keep in my office at work in case of fire or accident with my home. I bring it home once a month to update the backup.

I bought one unit first at $89.99 for 4 TB. It was connected to a 1 TB XBox that was at about 80% full. Set up was simple, no issues. Decided to buy a second unit before price went up to replace 2 TB unit. Great product. Transfer speeds are good. Little more noise than its counter part. Both have worked flawlessly. Definetly a must to have. Lowest price I have seen them after, at $99.99. Look out for those specials.

I love having this external drive. I use it everyday for work and at home. I care all of my important files with me and know they are safe.

Not sure why Microsoft has Xbox exclusive drives? This 4TB drive formatted itself once I connected it to my Xbox one and was able to transfer all my games for my new Xbox One X with ease

I have several of these and they all have served me well. I expect this one to do the same, and Best Buy's price and delivery were excellent.

Bought this to back up all my photos and it lets me keep my laptop free and running speedily. I do full Macbook backups onto this every few months, so all my updated photos and system/applications/preferences remain backed up in case something happens to my laptop (this has happened once when my hard drive failed, so I didn't lose any of my photos or applications, which made it a total life savor!).
