    This WD Easy Store is the best external hard drive I have had. It takes a little tech savvy to install it but if you have any issues Western Digital is right there to help. Once installed, it takes care of itself and Idon't have to do anything else

    I've had this external for a couple months now and it's been working flawlessly. Love the 4tb as it's good for backing up multiple computers. The software isn't too bad, took some getting used to to figure out how fully utilize the features. Sometimes, I just ended up manually going into the drive to drag and drop stuff onto my computer.

    I used to have 1TB hard disc from WD and is very durable for my rough use. Speed is good and looks ok. Less weight and easy to carry.
