    I've used WD hard drives for several decades and they've never failed me. I especially love the portable drives. I use one for travel. I put several movies on it and can easily watch them on my laptop or a TV wherever I am.

    I bought this for my daughter to use with her Apple Macbook. The Macbook has a small (by today's standard SSD internal drive which she fills up making her youtube videos. This external drive is easy to use with a Mac and provides a lot of storage at a decent access speed and for a great price

    I got this during cyber week to replace a 2tb adapter powered external hard drive which was with usb 2.0 connection and noisy and i need more space for my data. In all cases this performs better than the old one ( no surprise there). Compared to my other usb 3.0 hard drives this wd one does more clicking sounds compared to my seagate one not a big difference to deter anyone from buying this one though i am happy with with considering i payed 80 bucks for it. Great value.

    I love these WD easystore. I personally have 2 for myself. One is to store all work related things and the other is for personal pictures, videos of the family. It's small in size which do not take up space and can hold tons of information.
