5 TB ? Western Digital ? $99 ? SOLD !

I saw the 5TB of portable storage from Western Digital...at $99 ? I had to get it. Had a large folder transfer (250GB’s of several backups). It took just short of 2 hours at an average of 31-33MB/sec. Pretty standard for a spinning drive on USB 3. Stayed cool during transfer. Definitely a steal at the sale price.

Portable and big capacity

Much smaller than my other desktop external disk. Easy to carry around. Slower than external SSD which only has 500 GB capacity for a similar price.

Love this thing

It's so much smaller while having significantly more capacity and a USB 3.0. Good for videos, photos, and documents. Got it for $90, which is a fair price.
