good product for a good price.....................

I keep losing my files. I don't know what's wrong, but it's not permanently storing one particular file. Giving it three stars because it might be my fault, but I've recovered the file that I lost and it still keeps getting lost.

If you want to know about the reliability of this product read other reviews, I haven't tested that much. All I can say, and the reason of my low rating, is that the drive is made completely of plastic. Where other brands have a metal port to protect the connectors, this model is made completely of plastic. I don't want to know (well, I do actually know) what would happen if it gets a little bent or bumped while it's connected. Even the feel of the item is cheap. I would return it i would've kept the packaging, but it was discarded as soon as they opened it to test the capacity. Not recommended. A little more money would get you a more solid drive.

This flash drive was very cheap and every time I plugged it into my computer, it would get stuck. I was afraid to break it. but other than that, for storing purposes... it served its purpose.

I have had major problems over the last year with my laptop that runs my business. I took it three different times to my small business person for computers I have worked with for twenty years and had bad luck this time so I came and joined geek squad. In the first week I was at the store three different times and then after that I started trying online support about eight or ten times each time with frustration as the same problems would reoccur, can't print or blacks out or saves things selectively. Your techs were in my computer at least ten hours. The last tghree or four times I got cut off while waiting, waited houras on end as I understand your situation but as I tried to explain I need some priority each time I was disconnected. I am still operating onbe armed hals assed and in total frustration!!! I would like to just get my money back. All your agents have been very nice but none have cured the same problems over and over thank you Nancy Adair ps my nerves cant take anymore I look like a fool to my customers as I keep saying it's fixed i'll send that info … no it's not ...back and forth

I bought a Printer Copier and after a week it stopped printing. Called the Geek Squad and the fixe the problem. Said it got 'stuck'. Worked great for a day and started doing the same thing. Called the Geek Squad. He thought he fixed it, but nope. I am taking it back Monday.

I had my dentist load this thumb drive with his 360 scan and took it to my oral surgeon. The oral surgeon could not read it so I had to pay another $400 to have the 360 scan repeated. I don’t know if it was the fault of the thumb drive or not.

It can save my files. Feels fragile but still works fine.

bought it for someone who is excited to use it!!!!

Add to get another one for my girlfriend son too for school

This just to small for my fingers to put in the computer , i wouldn't recommend it.⁸

Purchased and returned Galaxy S10 phone. It was not able to connect to a network and had to be returned.

Worst flash drive ever. This thing is so slow. USB 2.0 flash drives should not exist anymore. Same thing with mechanical HDDs.

Can't rate, haven't used it yet, so I can't say much about it, and can't recommend it

Lots of memory and easy to use. No problems with it so far.
