Great but will not re install after move

Was so very fine until we moved and even though parked and protected in our personal items, we couldn't get it to be re installed after 4 hours with tech support.

It has red drive inside, which is perfect for longevity and stability. It runs super quiet, and very fast. Perfect for backups. Will definitely buy again when on sale! A++

Great External Hard Drive

Read and write speeds on uncluttered outer tracks run close to 200 MB per sec. I'd recommend this drive to a friend. I've owned Western Digital drives in the past and have consistently been satisfied with their value. (I did purchase a WD drive that had performance issues (from the start) - Best Buy allowed me to exchange it with no pushback.) Kudos, Best Buy!

I have another one of 3TB and started failing with 1/3 of it with bad blocks. At least I was able to copy over the data it had.
