Great purchase. Would purchase again. 8tb is max amount ps4 will see outside of the playstation. Had no problems out of this unit.

Love it, works great and now I have over 750 movies on it and over 10,000 songs and still have about 3 TB of space left.

I bought this on our tax free day and mainly wanted it to run Photoshop Express to process RAW files from my SLR. I love it, it doesn’t get bogged down.

There were no instructions for startup or reformatting so I had a little trouble reformatting for Mac but once I completed that there were no troubles. Backup was easy and pretty fast. We will see how it holds up over time but overall I am pretty pleased with the purchase.

Bought this for my Xbox one X. I have over 250 games installed on it and it still has 3.5 TB left on it. Loads games very quickly compared to my old 3TB model.

Installed as storage device for music. The setup was simple, speed is quite fast, and it has been performing flawlessly. Great buy so far!

It's real hard to beat Western Digital for reliable hard drives. The My Store drives use Western Digital's Red series drives so there pretty bullet proof.

Works great perfect for ps4 pro would advise people to try it if they need to expand storage.

I needed a larger drive to replace a 300 MB drive that was full. I'll use it for travel, taking a limited amount of files, and use this one as my main storage.

Needed another drive to round out my NAS, and this drive works perfectly! I liked it so much that I got one extra one just in case I end up needing it!

This is a solid and reliable drive. Have had no problems. I am sure in 4 to 5 years I will need to buy the next size up. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Okay 8 TB at such a low price? You can't do better than that. USB 3.0 for fast transfers and a solid hard drive internally that's not junk. This is a great buy!

The clerk told me this unit could be used as a wireless unit through my router. That is incorrect - it must be directly connected to the computer when in use. With that being the only problem, the storage unit itself has worked very well so far and is very useful.

8gb is plenty of space for most home users. The USB 3.0 is a "Superspeed" port and was able to transfer our home videos very quickly for secure storage.

This seemed like a good value at the sale price for 8TB. From my understanding, the innards are a WD red drive, which is high quality.. Hoping it lasts a long time

I bought this on a great sale, and I have 5 other WD Storage units from Best Buy, but none like this with so much storage space. great buy, highly recommended.
