This external hard drive is a must if you are looking for a easy drive for backing up photos, documents, etc. very easy to use!!!

This WD 8TB external drive is great for storing anything you want. You can partition the drive for multiple uses. It could be a bit faster, but for the price, it is great!!

Bought this for a backup drive on my NAS. With almost 6TB of data, it took a little time (okay, a lot, it seems) to do the initial backup, but that was to be expected. Now, any changes are completed immediately and I feel pretty comfortable that it will last for awhile. Some people mentioned the noise, but I really don't hear it over anything else. Of course, with the computer, NAS, everything else running, it seems pretty quite to me. The cost is fantastic with the peace-of-mind you get knowing that your computer is backed up.

I bought this as a time machine backup for my Macs. I had to reformat the volume so it could be used as such. No problems and it works well.

Only complaint is temp of hard drive gets 112 degrees when left on 24/7

What's there to say it an external harddrive. It 8 terabytes it looks stylish and it saves pretty fast. Good price.
