Great little unit and takes up very little space where ever you put it.

Easy setup and fast functioning. By far a very great product for the price.

If you're looking to add space to your computer and you're not computer savvy with installing internal hard drives than this item is what your looking for. It takes minutes to install and start using right away, great transfer speeds.

WD externals are always reliable and secure. You can't resist a good price!

Easy to connect to. Lots of storage to back up music,pics etc. Little pricey.

This is my second 8tb Easystore drive. I have a need to use these with large media file backups and so far they have worked out great. They had them for sale at an extremely attractive price so I couldn't pass the deal up.

I bought the Easystore because I was having an issue getting consistent throughput to my DAC from a NAS. I have the Easystore connected to my Intel Skull Canyon NUC and now everything works like a charm. I also like the 8TB disc size.

that's voiding the warranty of the device as a whole though so beware! Google for instructions. This was bought awhile ago so I'm not sure about the current versions.

Works great. Fast throughput when using USB 3 and USB 2 works fine. No issues at all. Doesn't run hot. I move it around to different rooms and units to back up, copy and play videos. Get it on sale. It's on sale on and off. Cheers!

Easy set up of this external drive. Great to keep for storage pf pictures etc.

I've been using this external hard drive for almost seven months and have had no issues. The unit is quiet, data transfer speed is fast, and there's enough storage space for me to hopefully not need another drive for some time.

Very easy to use. Large capacity for storage and a must have for back up

8 terabytes seems like a lot until you back up 2t hard drives. Does the job.

The 8 TB capacity and price we have paid is great and it runs great as well.

Works very well with plenty of space as a Time Machine drive for my iMac

Using the disk to back up 3 computers. My 3TB drive wasn't big enough any more. The USB 3.0 speed is faster than the internal drives I'm backing up. All computers are Windows 10. Not using any Western Digital software.

It works as expected, no crashes or glitches so I am happy with it

I'm using this as a time capsule that I have connected to an Airport Extreme to allow several Macs to back up tp. Easy set up. Easy to grant access for users. And easy for the Macs to backup to. 8TB should last a while.

Currently have eight of them. No issues although I did void their warranty as I opened them up, and ended up with three reds and five whites. They reside in an UnRaid server. High satisfaction level. :)

When it's on sale this is one of the best values in storage. It transfers data relatively quickly and combined with a the numerous free backup software options it makes it easy to back up data both offline and off-site,
