Lots of Storage!

Only downside is newer games will not play from it unless they are moved to internal storage. Not a drive problem, but an Xbox problem. Still great storage for the price.

Storage Life Saver

I just wish it didn't have the AC Adapter, but that is a small price to pay.

It makes an expected sound when writing or reading data.

Easy to store away and take around with you. It does require a power source to turn on as the USB port is not strong enough to turn on by itself.

A Good General Purpose Backup Drive

The 8TB capacity is large enough to back up all of my 50,000+ photos and other video projects. It has good speed when transferring files. I haven’t had any problems transferring about 1TB of files to it from another drive. Under normal reading and writing of files it doesn’t seem too loud but I notice a light clicking sound every 10 seconds when the drive is idle. I do wish the drive would’ve come with a Micro B to USB-C cable.
