    IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT TO USE IF YOU HAVE A MAC AND PC, AS YOU WILL HAVE TO FORMAT OR PARTITION IT (AS A GEEK SQUAD MEMBER SAID) TO WORK WITH BOTH. APPARENTLY, IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL HAVE TO ERASE ALL FILES PRIOR TO IT. IT WAS CONFUSING FOR ME AS MANY THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT WORK EITHER AND I HAD TO BUY 3 TO FINALLY FIGURE IT OUT BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT SHOW ON MY COMPUTER WHEN I PLUGGED IT IN! IT WOULD BE NICE IF IT COULD JUST AUTOMATICALLY WORK WITH ALL COM\
