Works fine, great price

The USB 3.0 speed is faster than the internal drives I'm backing up. All computers are Windows 10. Not using any Western Digital software.

Solid External Drive

Easy set up. Easy to grant access for users. And easy for the Macs to backup to. 8TB should last a while.

No issues although I did void their warranty as I opened them up, and ended up with three reds and five whites. They reside in an UnRaid server. High satisfaction level. :)

It transfers data relatively quickly and combined with a the numerous free backup software options it makes it easy to back up data both offline and off-site,

Great drive for storage

This drive is amazing for anyone looking to create a media library. Fast write speed. I transferred several hundred gigs of music and movies to it in no time. Again great buy.

Great for a while - but it will break on you

These are good for daily work - but back it up and be ready for it to die after 1- 2 years. I have had many, many of these drives. They always work great for a while - and "always" break after 1-2 years. Like clockwork.

Secure high capacity drive

Highly recommended.
