ALL WD HAVE NO WARRANTY, AVOID

WD will tell you to send back the item, but delay months and not send you replacement, and also won't return the unit you send them

Good for Shucking

All in all very pleased with this unit. Could not beat the deal we got.

Hard drive

dependable but not quiet

It may be the setting from my desktop (I primarily use this for backup), but it seems to be relatively chatty and disrupts the otherwise quiet office.
