Ripped it right out!

The drive works great to replace a failing backup drive in my desktop computer. It was $70 cheaper to buy it in the external case rather than buy it loose.

Great external HD

I love the design and it sits perfectly on my desk. I use these external Hard Drives for game systems and Computer systems with ease. Some systems may take a bit of formatting. Not noisy like some other external HDDs

It had a western digital EDAZ drive. It works well and is in RAID 0 with another EDAZ drive in my Plex server. Cheap storage, easy to shuck. Buy this if you need more storage.

Great even without USB 3

I don't have USB 3 on this computer, but it works fine at USB 2. Initial transfer of huge batch of files did take a long time (overnight), after that the auto backup and regular access to files is indistinguishable from my hard drive (which works better now that I moved so many files off it).

Great Storage

I decided this was the best way to go, so if I ever go to another desktop again - no transferring!

Extra Space
