Decent price for the size hard drive

Was not an easy solution

I do not want to have to purchase additional software to make this work. I am taking it back and will continue to search for a solution.

Storage Device

I don't like that it needs to be plugged in to the wall along with the device you are using. would have been better In my opinion to run off the parent device.

Easy to use external HD

Cons - USB port requires specific cable (included), backup software doesn't give option to simply copy files. Data is compressed and doesn't allow verification.

Great Value, but a little worried ...

Overall I am pretty happy with it, however I have a concern. It seems to make a lot more noise over the last couple days. Almost sounds like the platter is off balance. Probably going to return and exchange if they have another in stock. Don't want to worry about it failing
