This was just what i needed for extra storage for my ps5. Works great and I have 350+ games saved on it and still have available space

Great storage device for backups, have another 4 TB capacity that is about 8 years old and still works. Use to backup my Synology NAS.

Bought my 3rd drive for PS4 and works really well! had the other two for 1 year and had zero problems!

Does it’s job, high performance. I’ve bought a few hard drives where eventually the power connection gives out but it’s still going strong after 1 year.

I’m not the most up to date and tech savvy, but I use this to store my movies and video game roms with zero issues. Cheaper quality ones would always crash and leave my data corrupted, well I purposely cut this off mid use a few times and the thing is bulletproof (not physically and shouldn’t of had to say that.)

I have multiple WD external HDDs and am very satisfied with the products. As a rule, I only but WD drives for internal and external use. This drive is high quality, well built and stays in line with WDs proven track record of quality and reliability.

Just plug in and it’s ready to go. Great for cord cutters

I'm one of those people who does a ton of research about a product before I buy it. I do a lot of video editing with 4K footage and photography so needed a fast and reliable unit at a good price point. This product offers all of that. Can't beat it.

Very easy to use and a life saver as my current back up drive was running out of space

I already own a 4TB WD external drive and just needed additional capacity. Set up was easy and. Setting backups was simple. I am using the drive as an archive (actual backup) which will be used in emergencies. If you want this to store and stream videos etch, then this is not for you. I would suggest an actual SAN solution. If you just want a backup system then I would recommend this.

It does what it says it does. Good value for what I was looking for.

Latest pro cameras have huge sensors which requires one to have huge backups!!! Very important to backup ones images

These are good quality drives and in fact many people have gotten WD RED drives in them, those are NAS Ware drives that usually cost 250+. If you're lucky you might get one with a RED drive in it. This is a great deal if gotten on a sale.

I'm a person that constantly work with big files and this hard drive have provided me with the space and not to mention the transferring of files is fast.

I use this as a large expansion drive for my Xbox Series X, and it's surprisingly fast for an external platter HDD. Definitely worth the price. I'm planning to buy more.
