works incredible and is extra easy to use. I have this across my ps4, Xbox One, and my pc so this is amazing and I love this brand.

Very quiet when its running, a bit of noise when its doing read/write. If anyone is wondering these have a WD Reds inside with 256mb cache, 5400 rpm. All in all great deal and a great drive! Use it every day.

Fantastic drive. Purchased to backup my home computer. Works great. Fairly quick drive. Very easy to install. Using a product called CloudBerry to backup to it and it just works. Backups are smooth and easy.

It works wonderfully, I've been loading photos. I have over 80 photo books or memories.

With how big games are getting and libraries being very digital as well. This is extremely recommended for Xbox one and as well as X users with HDR patches!

I now have two 7 TB hard drive hooked up to my desktop. Hopefully I will never run out of space again. This hard drive was an excellent price

I bought two of these drives a few weeks ago. I am a professional photographer and on year of backed up photos is about 6TB. I bought one to dump my photos from last year onto and the other just as a back up. Its way cheaper than a raid and it works to store photos I am not editing daily. One stays by my computer and I just plug it in when I need to go back and one is in a fireproof safe as a backup. Cannot beat the amount of storage for this price and so far they have been flawless.

8TB is just what i need to store 4K videos. I would have preferred the Cloud capability, but this is good to just store a lot of family photos and videos that i have been collecting over the last 15 years.

I've owned my fair share of external drives ranging in size. The Western Digital 8TB drive has lasted me well so far. I have had similar drives from Seagate and those failed on me after only a couple years.

Massive storage for people who need the extra space. The only issue is that it has to be plugged into a power source which isn't a huge issue but can still be irritating if you don't have enough outlets.

At the price this is a great value for the size. Perfect to back up tons of media. It’s not a question if your external device will fail...it’s when. So this drive is a great way to add lots of redundancy.

What can I say what has not been said many of times on the review of WD Easystore 8TB External Drive. As promised WD Red Nas drive is inside of course and using in for my Plex Server. Works great. The End.

Solid choice for extra storage. This is my 3rd one, and they each perform solidly. I mainly use them for backup and for media storage on my computers and server.

I bought the is external drive as a backup for my MacBook Pro. I reformated for Ventura. It is working flawlessly.

You get a lot of space for your $ on this one. This drive is not one of WD's higher end drives though so I'd recommend using it purely as a backup drive and not relying on it as an everyday working drive.

I picked this hard drive up on Black Friday for an excellent price. We will be backing up and uploding every photo we have ever taken and look forward to the ample space left over for many years to come. Pretty simple external hard drive. You plug it in and connect to computer and instant 8 TB of storage. Its very easy, highly functional, and very affordable. I ordered it online and toon advantage of free in-store pickup. The entire process was seemless.

Great external hard drive. Using it to store and organize old files that I wanted to keep incase OnLine back up fail. Good size for my purpose for now.
