love, I always buy this brand when it comes to HD. It works great and I have never had a issue

Purchased for Unraid. A great storage drive. NOT helium, fyi, but that's ok.

I have purchased several of these drives to back up large volumes of video. So far I have experienced no problems at a ll.

I own several of these now. They're basically WD RED drives in an enclosure, but for a much cheaper price than the actual internal drives. The fact they aren't "green" drives means they should last a good long while. The only issue with them is the passive cooling, if you choose to use these as externals (the way they come), be careful of it overheating when writing a lot of data to it. I actually took mine out of the plastic enclosures and put them in my PC where I have fans cooling them.

I am using this as a backup device to my network attached storage. It works great and have no issues. Very easy to setup.

loved this! took me a few to walk through setting it up but honestly this is perfect and got it on sale for a great price!

Finally, enough storage that I don't think I will run out for a very long time!

It is an awesome item to store large number of music files and other mutimedia sources. Very reliable working 24x7 days.

Saw this deal on Cyber Monday for $129 and was too good to pass up for 8TB. Unlike others, I'm strictly using it for external storage and backup and not shucking the case. I've always stuck with WD drives and have never had an issue, maybe I've been lucky. Easy plug and play on Win 10, working great so far.

Plenty of storage with this 8TB drive. Great for videos, music, or large files. You can't go wrong with Western Digital.

As my need for storage increased I found that I was in need to a larger storage space and found this when it went on sale. I have only used WD for any external hard drives and can say that I dont think I would use any other brand because it has always worked for me. This product is easy to use and love it.

Picked this up from Best Buy at a great price through a Deal of the Day promotion. I've used smaller Western Digital external hard drives and pocket drives for years, and never had one fail me. I wanted to consolidate the multiple drives connected to my computer, and this allowed me to do that. Very happy with it.

Good deal for the storage especially when its on sale. So far my only complaint is the drive runs very hot in the enclosure. I have seen the temps go into the 50s.
